She never did say when this incident took place. And as the last poster said this isn't an arrest report. Though it is still news.

I looked for other threads before starting this one, and didn't see anything. I thought this a worthy story so that's why I started it...and now the reporter is claiming it's the pats randy moss (apparently spoken to his agent defilipo) Hopefully it's not true!

You did nothing wrong. If she's already on WEEI being interviewed it IS a story no matter what is being posted here.

Did D+C ask her WHY her radio station's website took the story off it's website at 1:00am last night?

as was pointed out on another team's website, anyone can get a temp restraining order against anyone else without any evidence at all. The courts are so uptight about hitting the news when they deny a TRO and someone gets hurt or killed that they just grant them out of hand. IF this is BS then I'd say Rozz has got herself into some major poo-poo

the report says a restraining order was issued those are done everyday especially from estranged lovers, and she is positioning her self to get money, so everyone should take a deep breath, the bottom line is he is still going to play . so why all the fenzy??

To be fair to D&C the reporter was being kinda a witch, they asked her for any details from the affadavit and she said for them to go do the legwork. They then told her she would get credited and she read a small amount of it. Just my opinion but I don't think she knew she was on the air.

This is what I've been trying to get across here: Just because someone decided to ALLEGEDLY file a restraining order request against Randy Moss doesn't mean that he did anything. And since he hasn't been arrested or charged, there would be no cause for the court to grant it. The whole thing is very, very fishy, especially the timing. I wouldn't be surprised at all if someone engineered it as a distraction to affect the Patriots' playoff preparations. We all know how much Moss hates the media.

Well Moss should be fine even if this is true. In the case of the media he has been berated before. That won't be a problem. I doubt this will be a big distraction for the Pats. They've been through Spy Gate something like this really is nothing.

My question is, does Moss have any connection what so ever to the Orlando area? I know they said on the radio that he owns a home in Boca Raton, which isn't really even close to Orlando.
