He sure seems innocent to me. Him responding to this personally instead of sending out a press release or simply stating "No Comment" says alot about him being innocent, IMHO.

Also, the Live Sportscenter update announced Tony Sporano getting hired and Norm Chow getting fired, but had nothing about this. You would think ESPN would be all over this already if it had legs.

Indeed. If it isn't the woman, that's harassment (even if it the woman, it's harassment, and judging by this incident she's probably not exactly in the right frame of mind, so...)

I doubt Moss did anything wrong here. If a woman gets battered by an extremely wealthy football player and then he refuses to allow her to seek medical attention, alot more is going to come of it than a restraining order. She's going to want money, and lots of it... and the guy will probably be arrested. Restraining orders are simple to file, but a court case is much harder to prove.

This reeks of Duke lacrosse (though on a much smaller scale).
