The fact that he mentions people will laugh but won't go into detail makes me think it might be something more embarrassing than what he is being accused of. I hope Fred Smoot wasn't involved.

You have to look at that in the context of his entire statement...he talked about being only guilty of having an accident..and so forth. Obviously he isnt insinuating that he may be guilty of what the woman says he's guilty of.

Not just the context but also remember that he's not paid to be an orator and it's not a good idea to parse the sentence the same way as if a lawyer were making a statement.

No criminal charges filed, no police investiagtion, no warrants or remarks from the county prosecuter - if she was so messed up, she would have called the cops. Plus there's been no witness, no photographic evidence, no medical exam, nothing concrete offered to verify her story.

Restraining orders are fairly easy to get (all you have to do is cry in front of the judge), but the TRO in and of itself is no measure of evidence and is not considered so by the courts either.

The only thing I can blame Moss for is not telling himself to just stay home because these few weeks are way too important to take any chance on anything happening. Have the posse come over and play Madden and eat some popcorn, Randy. You know better....

Absolutely...Moss is a smart guy, but he also speaks from the heart and may say things without making sure the wording is what he intended. You can tell someone like Brady pauses a lot when talking to the press and thats probably beacuse he makes sure to process what he says. Just wired different.
