I'm not sure if you can get a copy of an injunction like you can with a police report. To get a police report you can go to the station it was filed at and just ask, regardless of whether you were involved. Not sure about a restraining order.

First off im not an english teacher nor did i claim to be im stating my opinion about moss if it disagrees with anyone elses big fackin deal sorry i had to add a little boston humor there. All im saying is why is he dancing around the questions that makes you look guilty. I don't care if he shot the b***h does not make me one bit of difference. I know pats fans want to believe he is innocent and that is fine but you have to look at this guys track record it isn't exactly spotless. The most interesting thing about the report to me is that at the time she filed it, she not only had a lawyer but she also knew Randy's lawyer by name and telephone number, which tends to support Moss's story.

Bottom line is that this is clearly a stunt on her part. She doesn't need a restraining order. He's 1,000 miles away and there are already lawyers involved. It doesn't mean that she's lying about what happened on Jan. 6, but it clearly tends to support the notion that there were discussions between the lawyers and, when she didn't like the answer, she hauled off and filed.

Whomever filled that out is a moron, wrong birth date, nice attention to detail. Also, one thing I noticed, it's never happened before and they've been seeing each other for 11 years ?

We are smart, and from what you've shown us, smarter than you. Our intelligence levels allow us to be presented with facts, analyze and then form a rational thought and opinion. It's what grown ups do. It's not because he's a Patriot, it's because it's the American way. It's called our legal system.

It strikes me how vague the documents are. He committed battery on me. Such as? Striking? Punching? Kicking? Biting? What and how?

He prevented me from seeking medical treatment. How? Threatened? Physically restrained?

The handwriting is atrocious, which might be expected from someone, who's been through an ordeal but there really should some details. There are none!
