Strong football minds

Hard to say, but ultimately it’s all comparative.
I wouldn’t say McDaniel’s has a teach record that is better than half of the nfl HCs
I wouldn’t say judge has a track record that puts him anywhere near the top of most qualified OCs and it would be a shocking jump at this point.
Mayo is an ex-player trying coaching.

More qualified people also have god football minds.

I totally support Belichick promoting from within but unless he develops the next wave, if he were to retire and McD gets the HC job I certainly hope he goes out and gets experienced qualified coordinators.
