Other Forum Top Discussion Bar

Spent the last week or so going through and putting together a few different options for this and finally decided that the top bar made the most sense and I optimized it for mobile so you can swipe through, etc.

This bar will update as new posts are added in another forum, as well as when replies are added. They'll fade once you've visited to let you know if you've viewed it. I've been testing it over the last few days it and it appears to be working, so I just opened it up to everyone.

Please feel free to post any feedback, bugs, issues, etc. here and I'll do my best to fix them as they come up

Found one bug that was throwing an error and I believe I've corrected that. Let me know if any of you run into any other issues.

Looks good ... I disabled my header image so the bar sits on top of the forums.
Maybe would have been better to put it below the header image ...

I've moved it around a few times and the current spot is the one where it seemed to be the easiest to view and also seemed to fit well on mobile, which was the other challenge with this. But I'll keep tinkering with it and see what else I can possibly come up with to hopefully also improve it a little more.
