This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

He just doesn’t have that range that he used to. Even two years ago, he would have intercepted that. It’s not about play recognition or getting fooled. He’s just lost a half a step and, in the NFL, that’s usually the death knell for a safety.

hopefully we don't spend half a decade or so to find a competent safety again

The search for a FS plagued this team for a long ass time until McCourty came along and solidified that position with elite level of play for 10+ years

Not a lot of good free safeties in the league these days, they aren't easy to find

Very frustrating game. Patriots always seem to have so many self inflicted wounds and can't ever seem to get the offense and defense going at the same time.
