Numerous Personnel Mistakes since the off season

In the past 4 years the draft picks have not been stellar, but this team has never been built on the draft alone..

2019... Harry #32 pick, Willliams #45
2018.. Winn #23 pick, Michel #31
2017.. No 1st or second round pick
2016... Cyrus Jones #60 pick

Subpar drafts?? In the past 4 years the Pats have had 4 picks in the first two rounds while picking at the end of the round.. could they have done better, maybe, but hindsight is not the way to look at this team who has gone to the SB for 3 of the past 4 years...

Tough to find "playmakers" who make an immediate impact at the end of the first round.. they exist, but as in many situations they are sometimes stumbled upon rather than just "found"..

Sorry make that 5 first or second rounders.. big f.. difference. Without regard when you pick close to last every draft that pickings are not as great as they might be.

Belichick’s offseason was the reason we couldn’t win, no explosiveness on offense.

Yep. AB would have gone a long way to fixing that if he wasn’t a narcissistic head case.

The fact we paid him the millions we did shows the Patriots agreed with you early in the season, Scott99.

Defenses only had to worry about Edelman. Kept blasting him. He is an elite competitor, though. But his body was broken this season.

Wish the same could be said of Philip Dorsett, who has the speed and athleticism but not the eye of the tiger.
