damn that whole checks and balances thing, doing what its supposed to.

In theory, a judge is suppose to follow the law, not re-write it to suit his own politics. It was crystal clear that Trump was legally authorized to issue a travel ban and the court had zero authority to overturn it.

That's not "checks and balances", it's abuse of authority at best, usurpation/treason at worst.

this isnt a political forum but he has no constitutional basis and obviously several judges think that Judicial over site is a thing and you thinking it doesnt exist doesnt make it so. If the Trump camp had an argument for why they have the right to impose this type of arbitrary ban they would use it but instead they are seemingly trying to argue that Judges shouldn't have a role in telling the president what the executive branch has the right to do which they certainly wern't arguing when Obama was president.

I don't think you understand the difference between "judicial oversight" and "judicial activism" but, don't worry, most people don't. Suffice it to say that there is a federal statute that been on the books since the 50's that says this is the president's call. Ignoring the statute/law is a dereliction of duty showing that the judge is a politician and not a jurist.

    Speaking of ignoring . . . buh-bye.
