We have rarily seen Marvin Harrison miss games,This year in the 2 biggest regular season games Marvin is out and the Colts go to 0-2.
Obviously Manning cannot perform to standards when Marvin is not in the game,Tonight for the first time in a few years he looked like the shaky QB as he did in 03 and 04 and take even more receivers out like Clark and theres little chance to defend the title successfully,All secondaries have to do is double team Wayne and Manning will pile on the interceptions.
The DEFENSE almost won the game for the Colts,NOT the offense as Madden appears to be ball washing Peyton tonight saying it was a great effort to get his team in position to win,The DEFENSE got them in position to win,Manning is pathetic without his main man while Brady nearly got to the SB last year with freaking Reche 'bug eyes' Caldwell and we still need to compare who is the better QB of the two? - B.S.!!
If Harrison is out any further time I think the Steelers grab the #2 spot as there are no other contenders for it - Its a 2 team race for #2 PERIOD!.
Pittsburgh has jumped into the spot as second best team now despite the less than average performance in the comeback win over the Browns.
New England is now officially on an island by themselves - Its almost ridiculous how far ahead they are in only week 9 of the season
