Kraft Orchids Case - Prosecuters Want a Tug Rule?

These Keystone cops arrested the wrong guy because his name was Patel..... seriously they are looking at a lawsuit based on negligence....
https://nypost.com/2019/03/06/man-s...n-prostitution-ring-that-netted-robert-kraft/

Patel? Now this trafficking ring reaches from Israel (Kraft) to China (old Asian masseuse) to India!!

It’s possible there were johns in Florida with Latin American heritage. This thing just keeps going further and further in its vast international trafficking/illegal activity scope.

Dare I mention that Kraft knows Vladimir Putin?

It's not prejudiced to acknowledge that Kraft had an inherent advantage in his legal battle due to the fact that he's extremely wealthy and could therefore hire a robust legal team. It's perfectly possible that someone who didn't have the funds to hire a strong legal team may not have achieved the same outcome.

That inherent advantage doesn't make Kraft a bad person, though. Those two concepts (Kraft having wealth/an inherent societal advantage AND still being a good person) are not mutually exclusive. Moreover, Kraft's inherent financial advantage doesn't nullify the clear legal basis for his victory, either.
It is prejudice to point fingers at a group as if they act as a group. Whether one refers to “ghetto people” or “the wealthy”

Inherent advantages are ok and a part of life. The more any of us make, the more benefits/advantages we have. My retirement will be financially easier than those that saved less. That’s actually a good thing.

Poor people can’t shop at Whole Foods every week. That’s perfectly fair.

And every guy arrested with Kraft has benefitted from his legal team. It’s the only reason they’ll all have charges dismissed.

If one looks at life on a fairness basis, they’ll live a depressing life. The best view is one of gratitude...count your blessings everyday

Most importantly, privilege has nothing to do with Kraft’s defense. The police acted improperly. Wrong is wrong regardless of race or income

He is suing along with the innocent clients in Jupiter. I suspect clients of the other venues in Indian River and Martin counties will also sue.

This is such a cluster for law enforcement, serves them right for abusing the use of these sneak n peak warrants. I hope Florida outlaws these for these misdemeanor offenses but not holding my breath.
But this guy wasn't even a client. They screwed up looking for a blue Porsche and named him in error and arrested the poor schlub. Explain that to your wife and kids when you never even went there!!!!!!!

The parents of those lawyers should be so proud, they raised successful lawyer children. Their kids are now working on getting a * video between 2 adults released to the public.

Thank goodness we have these hard working Americans

Just when you thought it was safe....it's back.
How long until Kraft appears on PornHub?

This might go all the way to the Supreme Court.

Kraft being a pal of Orange Man might pay off after all.

Must be an election coming up, so the prosecutor needs the headlines. Or wants to make the judge look bad when he’s running for re-election.

Question as to why?? This case seems to be going nowhere in their Florida Judicial System, and as he pled not guilty he is still considered innocent..

This is nothing more than a media ploy, but not sure who it benefits...

The Antonio Brown thread left this one in the dust. Got some catching up to do.

Regards,
Chris

In today's court of public opinion it seems folks are guilty until they prove accusations are false...

Oh snap. Just when Bob thinks he’s won a medal for ethics, look what happens. I
Can’t decide if I want Bob’s video released or not. Major shameful violation of our freedoms, but maybe then he’d step down from his new de facto GM role with the Patriots.

Wait until you read the ferocious defense from his attorneys threatening to attack the personal history of every witness and then look at his pathetic hypocrisy from those optics. Only thing missing will be a public Instagram picture of kids wearing nice clothes (who weren’t being threatened.)

Kraft is almost 80. The appellate process will take years.

What's the point?

That actually is no joke. If it's released, it'll be there.
