Adam Gase is giving his team a break from the final day of minicamp to get in some quality bonding time. The Jets opted to skip the third day of the only mandatory session of the spring by taking a field trip to Topgolf entertainment in New Jersey.

The reality is that the minicamp is no different than Organized Team Activities. Players run around in helmets and shorts as they learn the offense.

They're not. Darnit and the rest of offense, as we predicted a few years ago, is having to learn a new offensive scheme so he's struggling. By the time Darnit and Gase get on the same page Darnit will either be getting a 30 million per year contract or be gone.

I wonder if Gase said, " Hey guys, I hope you like me " before boarding the putt putt bus.

Its also a tradition thats been handed down of not doing the little things to win. BB Might do a 'bonding' event later in training camp, but he he has the credentials and he probably wouldn't do it until he was sure the team was doing everything right. And the last time I remember one of these group bondings it was to see the movie about Shakalten and his men enduring years stuck in the ant- artic and finally being rescued and through percerverence and team work. It was boning and a lesson.
To bad lil marky wasn't still around, the team would be going to dairy queen for ice cream cones.
