Is Brady's Lawyers Game Plan to look more reasonable to the Judge?

While last-minute out of court decisions are common, this truly looks like an impasse. The linked article speculates Brady is posturing himself to look more reasonable than the NFL. This after Judge Bermann went public and really implored an out of court resolution - he does not want to decide this. So the tacit of accepting non-cooperation (but NOT cheating) could be to sway Bermann he is more reasonable than Goodell.

And that might be enough to win.
 
Brady will win on the merits of the case, not favoritism.
All goodell is doing is increasing the force of the butt chewing he is going to get from the judge.
 
Seems like it worked
