How to disable header image permanently

How do I disable header image permanently? Every time I login it's enabled after disabling it.

You can't. The idea is for when I change the photo - usually once a week or so - you can go "That's a cool photo!" and then you can minimize it and move on with your day

I apologize, but unfortunately, not at this time. Fortunately I only tend to switch it out once a week, so hopefully it won't inconvenience you too much.
