Don Banks had an interesting article on what the 2005 draft would have looked like if it could be done over. Knowing what we know now he projects that Hobbs would have been taken with the 15th pick by the Chiefs and Mankins would still be taken by the Pats at the end of the 1st round. What this says to me is the Pats once again did a solid job at drafing inspite of all the experts saying the 2005 class was not as good as in years past. The Pats favorite draft day word is "value" and it shows. You gotta love the job Pioli has done.
