If the Dolphins lose at 1PM then KC can take it easy at 4PM so maybe they will still flex it.

No it's locked. Pats will be on at 1PM. KC will still be playing for the #2 seed which means even if Pats win Oakland will have to play too or risk being the 5th seed.
