Today's victory got me thinking - is this the most undependable team of the Brady era?
Let's say we played our 2011 Patriots vs. any of the past decade's Pats teams:
1. The 2001 team won the SB and though injuries weakened them the following year, that Defense had heart.
2. 2003-2006 teams could beat the 2011 Pats down. Rodney/Ty Law would make a game saving INT on Brady to seal the win.
3. 2007 Pats (GOAT) would hang 63 on this bunch so we won't even go there.
4. 2009 and 2010 Defenses would eek out a win vs. a similar offense.
But what about Cassel's 2008 Patriots vs. the 2011 Pats?
The 2008 could score points (they scored 47, 48. and 49 points in the 2nd half of the season) and the Defense was aged but solid.
Any opinions on who would win and how the game would play out?
