I like it. And if anyone has any cool dishes, meals, etc. they make that they want to pass along in here, this would be a great thread for that as well. now that I'm older - I get excited about that stuff :D

I've had a long standing policy that when the conversation goes to politics/religion over the holidays or other joyous gathering, I change the subject to food, or booze, or some other topic that people can argue over their favorites

Yes ... 195 ... shooting for 190 ...
I have a hanging flesh issue ... if I get it removed I think I am 180 ... it is disgusting.

Thanks for asking ... I eat lots of hard boiled eggs, cheese, chicken and salads.

my carbs are pretty limited, but I bake my own bread and will never stop eating that.......I also like roasted corn, potato pancakes, siberian pilmeni, and beer, though I really like a 0 sugar 0 carb hard kombucha (flying embers) and probiotics......tastes pretty good too just don't try to tell yourself it's a beer, it isn't

I stayed under 20g of carbs a day to lose ... everyone has a different number ... found mine is 25 to maintain which isn't much.
Don't miss bread but Italian food and pizza were once my favorites. Eat Two Good Yogurts ... 3g of carbs ...1g of net carbs when you deduct the 2g fat for anyone here watching their weight and just as enjoyable as ice cream. I have become addicted to English cucumbers for some reason ... love them.

Anyone here who never did it you deduct g of fiber and g of fat to get net carbs ... stay under 20-25 and watch your gut go away.
You will be able to see it again without looking in the mirror ...

For beer drinkers Bud select 55 is lowest at 1.8g bottle ... Michelob Gold Premium 2.0g carbs per can.

I've never really been there.........I still have a pretty decent metabolism, but at 6'4"/220 and 60, it puts strain on the joints and back forces me to think lighter....so I balance the food stay away from junk......basically look at the shopping cart as one big meal...I keep improving it's makeup.....movement is a big contributor for me

That's good sh!t right there ... I will have to find it.
But there are 11g carbs in the bottle .. and 110% daily salt intake.
But if it produces a good loaf or 2 then why not.

you don't drink the whole thing.......1.5 fl oz per day is what I do.......basically I go through a bottle a week.

doesn't change your turds, it's just really settling to your stomach and intestines......pretty much feel the same every day regardless of what you eat
