I'm glad Bucs lost but that's messed up. Should be a 15 yard penalty. Although with too many men for the Bucs, is that offsetting penalties? Or do they enforce the penalty for too many men on Bucs and then enforce the 15 yard penalty on the Bengals afterwards since it was a dead ball foul?
