Driving questions?

I bought tix via ticketmaster yesterday at 5PM. I will be leaving for the game Sunday morning since my friend can't leave until then. How much time should we give our selves if he lives in Williamsport, PA? Mapquest says it will take around 7 hours (6 hours 44 minutes). The last time we went (week 2 vs SD, and no I am not a Chargers fan) we got stuck in major traffic going to the stadium, but everyone I talked to said that it was due to the late start and the fact that the state police won't shut down HWY 1 up until 2 hours before kickoff of an 8PM game.
