Does the pitching staff miss Tek?

I haven't looked at the individual stats yet, but I wanted to put it out there that this might be a possibility. Tek was known for doing his homework on hitters. Is it possible that his departure has left the beer and chicken crowd to do their own work? Would the arrogance of the staff lead them to think they don't need to study video, and could get by on "superior" stuff? (Superior is totally tongue in cheek) What else has changed? Is it the combination of the loss of Farrell and Tek?
