That's a significant accusation. Evidence? Names? Or are you just going to stand behind a wall and toss things over?
I know it's trivial, but this is a football forum.
You think if a vaccine isn't available yet, but a good treatment is... there will be a football season?
Logistically speaking, it's good that living wills don't need to be filed in court in almost all jurisdictions. Courts are shutting down except for urgent issues. I'm dealing with some trivial retirement asset division items with my ex and can't get court-stamped copies of our settlement from the clerk's office to send to the 401(k) and IRA companies. Imagine if a living will was put on hold for an indefinite period thanks to courts shutting down? Yikes.
LOL. You have a country in mind that'll accept our sociopaths?
(and are you ready to go there?)
I haven’t seen any of the liberal or moderate members upset that we are seeing some positive news. Most are cautiously optimistic.
It’s actually the conservatives here who are cheering like they’ve scored a great political victory.
I'd certainly hope not, but Kraft may push for it. He needs a football season. Those rub and tugs aren't going to pay for themselves.
For the politically-based people visiting with us during this period, "Kraft" is Robert Kraft. He's the owner of the New England Patriots.
I'm not sure. I asked Whoopi Goldberg, but never got my call returned.
Yeah I imagine it would take one hell of an effective treatment to get the players union to agree to it.
Even then you'd expect virtually every player to get it at some point and miss a month.
It's honestly the smart thing to do regardless of what's going on in the world. My wife and I have one. I'm 33 and she's 31.
Fixed it for you.
For that same crowd - the Super Bowl is the biggest game of the NFL season. It is their championship game and is played by the winner of the AFC and the winner of the NFC. The AFC and the NFC are the NFL's two conferences. The Patriots have won this game 6 times.
I'm skeptical on this tiger story, and here is why: The stories I've read on the cats and dogs testing positive or soft positive have a an explanation or at the very least speculative of how the animal became infected. None of the Tiger articles offer up anything, just that it is true. Not a zoo worker testing positive, or tainted food, nothing. It is very well known at this point that the tests can come back with false positives. Also, with the situation in NYC being the way it is...why are zoo animals superseding humans...if testing people is "so important"?
Several weeks ago I was trying to explain exponential growth to all the "just the flu, bro" folks around me... Suddenly, they all seem to be experts now, funny how that works.
Went. to 2 places today. A pharmacy where masks were required and a Supermarket. 3 out of about 20 shoppers had a mask(including me)i got to the meat aisle and there were 3 carts next to each other and 7 people crowded next to each other. None with PPE. Everyone knows now. Wish there'd be more time spent being critical of these people.
For the non-Pats crowd, the Super Bowl winner means nothing compared to the Offseason Winner.
The real season is Feb - August!
Plasma from recovered patients has been approved for use for "compassion" cases. What I fear is that this won't be used as much as it should because of the ease of taking whiter house pills. The plasma method has been used for many decades and is likely to successful in a significant number of cases. That may be or may not be the case for the president's pill.
Most people think of wills for inheritances after death. That's easy. The more important one is the living will that contains instructions for your own care and your family's should you become mentally unfit to make your own decisions (injury, dementia).
