It's the hardest thing I've ever done for sure. I smoked for 15 years and probably royally ****ed my lungs up since I started when I was a teenager. Quit a pack-a-day habit cold turkey in 2014. Got bad migraines at first, irritable, cold sweats, etc. Then those passed and I just got the mental cravings. I still get them from time to time to this day. Talking about it right now is giving me a craving for a cig. I know people that have gotten into the Juul and I feel bad for them. They're even more addictive than cigs are. 5% nicotine. They're going through a pod a day which is roughly the equivalent of a pack of cigarettes. That's going to be RIDICULOUSLY hard to give up.
