That's a bit misleading. That's taking into account all arbitration cases. If you narrow the focus to just NFL arbitration cases that have made it to court his chance of getting it overturned is much much higher.

And Berman was the judge for one of the cases that got overturned.

Wile E Coyote would even cringe at how the venue shopping backfired. They probably had a better shot with it in Minnesota and Judge Kyle.
