I saw a young lady the other day who brought up a great point about being offended. As she accurately pointed out, many people will say "that's offensive" when they should be saying "I'm offended" instead. You see that a lot here. At the rate we're going, some day the word that the PGA uses to determine a golfer's strength will bring on lawsuits. Handicaps will become ASTP (average strokes to par) and statues of Bobby Jones, Ben Hogan, Arnie and Jack will be pulled down. The Tiger statues will be okay. And forget about the name Patriot. I can think of a few folks, even here, who "think" that word represents evil and oppression. Hell, half the team probably "thinks" that way. In the end, people can feel offended all they want, but no person has a right to tell another person what they should be offended about. I find those people to be the most offensive of all.
