Today, I had the following all playing at the same time:

12p UConn v. Creighton college basketball on iPad
12p AC Milan v. Sassuolo soccer on computer
1pm Patriots v. Dolphins on TV
1pm Bucs v. Falcons on Android phone (had to use GPS emulator to watch)
2:30p Napoli v. Lazio soccer on iPad

Insane day of watching sports.

Now for something even less relevant, I'm watching KC v. NO on the TV, and I'm thinking that in 7 years Mahomes won't be running around like that, and he'll have lost a fraction of his fastball so those crazy throws over the middle will be intercepted. He may have a very Bret Favre-ish career. Or, he could settle into his very impressive abilities and become more like Elway. Either way, those are 2 greats, but if you love watching Mahomes play now, enjoy it while it lasts, because he's not going to be doing this for more than 7 years.

Not to mention once his new massive contract kicks in the rest of the team won't be as good.
So he may have a Rodgers-like career

Well put.

The less-than-anticipated 2021 cap is going to be a huge obstacle for certain teams like the Chiefs, who assumed the cap would continue to grow by $10 million a year indefinitely.

2013: $123
2014: $133
2015: $143
2016: $155
2017: $167
2018: $177
2019: $188
2020: $198
2021: $210 $186

2022 and 2023 will also be about $25 mil lower than the normal formula result, as the 2021 shortfall will be spread out over three years.
