    I keep getting an alert every time a new thread is posted. It is so annoying that I don't come to the forum that often. How do I eliminate this PITA. I am not technical at all.

    Hi Ian, I read the tutorial for the fix twice. I followed your instructions. I go to menu and find the notification box unchecked but I am still getting alerts for new posts most recent 63 alerts. What can I do? Thanks. BTW when does my support contribution run out and did I automatically renew? If not, I will contribute again.

    Sorry for the delay, busy couple of days at work. As far as the logged in thing goes, you'll need to check the little box that says "Stay logged in" when you first log in, that will hopefully keep you from being bounced. CloudFlare seems to have something that affects user sessions but that solved it for me, so hopefully it helps you also.

    As for the notification thing, let's try and figure that out. The box you check or uncheck just stops the little box from appearing at the bottom of the screen, so it sounds like you're having a different issue. I'm thinking you might be referring to the "Alerts" section. Is that correct? I'm just trying to figure out what the issue is as it sounds like it's either that, or you might be being bombarded with emails or something that's obviously causing a problem. So let me know and we'll figure it out. :)

    Just following up on this as I know we didn't get around to working on it yesterday. But I have a relatively easy day here at work so I should be able to jump on later on and check in, so let me know and hopefully we'll figure it out.
