Mitchell is the X Factor here.

He can beat man coverage and that is what JAX does very well.

Problem is he hasn't played so there is the rust factor.

If he is activated I expect Dorsett to ride the pine.

I really hope he's able to go. He has strong hands, route running ability, and decent speed. I believe he could fill some of the void we lost when Edelman went down.

That Pitt game really did a number on the Jags....just like some here wanted.

Why, I'll be a go on Sunday in New England as well.... and I'm not even on the team....

I like MM as much as anyone here just about but Burkhead is the more important player moving forward. If I only get to have 1 i choose him.

This is a game where the RBs will need to show up big time in the passing game. The Jags have 2 legit probowl caliber CBs and none of our outside WRs (be it Cooks, Hogan or Mitchell) will be effective against them.

I think this is a game for Amendola in the slot, Gronk and Lewis/Burkhead. We need to focus on their LBs and pick on them just like we did vs Denver the last few years. Also we need to get the ball out quick especially in the first half.

BTW- I'm sorry I called you a troll yesterday. I thought you were someone else.

Don't mention it pal, we're onto Jacksonville... ;)

I just hope we don't try and force the run. Against tennesee early on it seemed we tried to force the run to get it going and ended up in alot of 3rd and long type situations. later on they let brady spread them out and go quicker, which actually set up the run to be more successful

Didn't see it as forcing . more like poking..
Its a 60min elimination chess game . patience game like pfk said . deception game ..

He'd still be available.

not as #4 . active roster spots might be too valuable for backups w no ST value
Dorsett backing 3 WR spots better value than Gillislee as #4 RB

EDIT: Id like Gillislee in this game but Id guess they are good with what they saw in Bolden as #4

You seem to have misunderstood me, so I probably was unclear. Let me try again.

My reference was with regards to Bolden, who'd still be available. They'd be using Burkhead as a WR, for all intents and purposes, so you'd want Gillislee as the extra RB. somewhere else would take the personnel hit, obviously.

Another thing to watch is Posluszny playing through injury as well, the only run stopping LB they have. The healthiest unit in NFL having some cracks and it showed..

Brown can play run but he’s injured too. Good defense but they have weaknesses even when fully healthy.
