I'll be honest, obviously I've known the Steelers have been undefeated but I never really considered a perfect season as a serious reality....until today.
At 11-0 while I still don't think it will happen it at least deserves to be discussed as a possibility.
Now, I can pretty sure guarantee...
After The Patriots Recent Success, It’s About Championships, Not Perfection
Of course you would love to see the Patriots shut up the 1972 Miami Dolphins and put a stop to those stupid parties they have when the last NFL team loses its first game in any given year.
Now that we've all had a full decade to recover, I think it's time for the Pats to try and make Don Shula crap his pants again (if he isn't already at that stage of his life). Whether the Pats re-sign Hightower and keep Butler or not, they're going to be a real badass team in 2017.
Personally, I think if we finish 18-1 this team should be considered better than the 1972 Dolphins. What are your thoughts?
It's sad that if this does happen the ****ing NFL commissioner is the thing that stood between a team and history.
P.S. I know it's early in the year but it's a bye week.
