whats the big deal about a prank call. That has nothing to do with his ability to play football. He has grown up since then and was VOTED team captain.
If anyone has watched him this year you will realize that he is extremely overated. He can't shed blocks and doesn't tackle with any force. He is a good coverage LB with good sideline to sideline speed but can't shed blocks or make any solo tackles. As a fan of a big ten team I can tell you this...
Oh and we also have a great Cornerback named Justin King but he is only a Junior. He also is projected first round...the only thing is...umm...he was kind of sort of one of the 4 guys who were in that fight and I think will be sitting out the first few games. But just thought I'd drop some...
Poz is very good, not the athlete Willis is, but every bit the linebacker. How that translates to the NFL is the big question. I personally believe He will be very good, but probably in a different system. He is only 4 pounds less than willis who everyone loves, and ran two sub 4.6 fortys at his...
Poz had the same amount of tackles playing inside in a 3-4 as he did outside in a 4-3. He was also playing a new position in a new scheme with a knee that wasn't 100%. It could be argued that he was more impressive in 06 than he was in 05.
It didn't even require surgery. I am a Penn State fan, and I have seen everyone of his games and think he will be a great pro. I have no idea why some people think Harris or Siler are a better fits for the Pats. None of them have experience in a 3-4, and neither have the resume or athletic...
I really don't think you can go wrong with Poz or Willis. Willis is the better athlete, Poz has better instincts. If they are both available it will be interesting to see which BB and Pioli value more. Of course, with both Poz and Willis available, the Pats will probably take Olsen.:)
Poz ran a 4.58 at his pro day on thursday. Up .1 from his combine numbers. For comparison, A.J. Hawk ran a 4. 59 and 4. 67 last year. People that say he is a bad athlete are just ignorant. I feel he would be a perfect fit for the Pats.
Very cool, King looks to be a top ten pick either this year or next. Completly shut down Ginn and Meachum. I wold love if the Pats got their hands on him in the future.
Paul Posluszny is a big time player. I am a Penn State Fan and have seen almost everyone of his games. The guy is humble, smart, and a good athlete. Just look at him at the combine, the guy is built like a tank. He won the Butkus and 2 Bednarik awards at Penn State as well as breaking the all...
