Unless the Colts were aware of what the Pats were doing and took appropriate action. I'll pose the question yet again, if the Pats are so good, why cheat??
Well their seems to be a theme here and here only, the Pats did nothing wrong. If So and I were the Pats legal staff, I'd be drawing up a lawsuit against the NFL as we speak for false accusations and defamation of character! But when your guilty, there's not much you can do besides taking your...
They apparently had been doing this for years and it caught up to them. Obviously Roger Goodell made it very clear to all teams before the season started that this would not be tolerated, Bill knew, but was arrogant enough to think he was above the rules. As far as what I'm reading and seeing...
Funny how the Pats lose to one of the Teams that complained the hardest about the Pats cheating, maybe whatever the Colts did in the second half wasn't what BB was expecting them to do, who knows. But the Pats seemed to have a real problem scoring in the second half of that game last year...
It won't go away in many fans minds especially division rival fans and those that know what BB was doing, but couldn't prove it. I'll bet anything the Colts never forget. You can try and sweep this under the rug, but the fine BB has received has never been given to an NFL coach before today...
I see nothing wrong with wanting to move on, I see nothing wrong with being angry, but the anger should be focused on BB not other teams and their fans. Look at how Pat fans act, as if they're team is above board and better then everyone else, when they get knocked down a peg the fans refuse to...
I think the Pats are far to talented to suddenly suck, but when it comes to the playoffs everyone is talented or they wouldn't be there. I would say that would be where the biggest advantage would be. Still you have to wonder if the Pats are as good as the fans here think they are, why cheat????
If this were true, then there wouldn't be an issue and the Commish would make that clear. Obviously if the Pats lose DP's specifically high DP's, they violated the rules seriously! If what you're saying were fact there's no chance in hell they lose DP's, receive fines, or suspension.
Obviously they don't offer enough of an advantage to be a violation. At some point you'll have to deal with the fact that the Pats had a decided advantage and thats why they are in this position.
Since, "you think you know" what the Dolphins used during last seasons game, why is it the Commish determined the Dolphins did nothing wrong? Obviously if "YOU" know what Miami used, then the Commish knew. Obviously whatever Miami used wasn't against the rules or they would have been punished...
No problem, just provide the information on the other teams doing what the Pats are doing. I don't want to hear, "it's common knowledge" because the only team I've read, heard or seen doing this type of filming is the Pats'! It would seem Pat fans are a bit fearful of their team losing credit...
