It seems pretty apparent that Eric Berry - S- from Texas is a "sure thing"..typically QB's are 50/50 ( at best..probably more like 35/65)...but shouldnt teams be willing to give up there current 1st round ( lets take the Pats for instance) at 22nd, a 2nd rounder somewhere along the board, and...
ESPN The Magazine - Rick Reilly: Matthew Costello, 14 years old and with an inoperable brain tumor, is calling plays for Cam Cameron, Joe Flacco and the Ravens - ESPN
Everyone knows Bruschi was a Patriot, from the field to the locker room. He also, absolutely knows, that most of the players are going to read his comments or hear them on ESPN... Could it be possible, his comments about the Jets and Pats without Welker, could be physcology to motivate the...
Well at least from a game-plan perspective...
1. Andre Johnson will give the DB's one last look at premier wideouts ( R. Wayne, V Jackson)
2. Pats would prefer to play NYJets than B-more. Winning increases chances.
3. More on the running game, I think you see all 5 get alot of touches...
1. Blitz Brady - all day long ( as long as there is 3 wideouts or less ) on those plays
2. Hit the pats recievers at the line, hold them, pull the jersey... take the chance that the refs dont see it, and hope to get lucky. Big deal if you get penalized....keep trying.
3. Let Volek start...
Did you guys see the first play 2 weeks ago, when the majority of hte o-line moved across teh field...
i loved it!!!
i think teams should do more crazy things like this. In fact a play like that, run correctly, should yeild at least 4 or 5 yards.
If Vince Young ran, that would have...
Should a bunch of Pats fans go to suffolk county court and file restraining orders against Moss?
Wouldnt it be hilarious?? it would downplay this incident, and show how simple it is to get one...
we can request that Randy go to Arizon in 3 weeks and aviod contact...
I really like his attitude and ability. He is emerging as one of the TOP 6 Qbs in the league. I think Jacksonville will be the 3rd best team in the AFC for a few years...
sorry Jaguar fans, the Jags are good...just not in Colts/Pats company
I wish it was on ESPN.com cover story..
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/columns/story?columnist=pasquarelli_len&id=3191628
he deservces the recognition. He has WON some games for us
3000 yards Passing, only 6 Ints??? 18 Tds.
Considering he was injured, but anytime a QB throws for 3000 yards and only has 6 ints...thats pretty impressive.
If i was an NFL team in need for a QB, i would sign him in a heartbeat..even with the injuries...
A team with a decent O-line...
Since media people and former players wont make a decision on who is better, Manning vs. Brady. And since most would agree that between, Leadership, accuracy, 2-minute drills, dependability, etc.. pretty much lay even.
how bout "Who makes fewer mistakes"?
Does Brady or Manning make fewer...
Im still a season ticket holder of the Pats, but i live in Maryland..
i figured i would provide a "view from DC"
1. The die-hards think they can win.
2. The realist fans, know that Gibbs and Sauders offensive playcalling is horrible, and the defense would need to score 14 points to even...
