Thanks for the reply. I've been on the waitlist for about 7 years now and usually didn't have a problem getting tickets. It sucks the way the Patriots handle the exchange and allow the resellers to do what they do. I'll keep looking for 4, maybe I'll get lucky tomorrow.

It is so disappointing that the ticket exchange is now a place for bots and resellers. I have been trying all week to buy 4 tickets to the divisional game and as soon as something shows up it is gone and on stubhub. I even sent this to the patriots ticket office with proof that the tickets...

The ticketexchange is driving me nuts. I've read that a lot of the scalpers have their bots on the site now and can purchase the tickets instantly. I've been trying for 4 tickets for a couple of days now and everytime I get a bite I get the message that says "You do not have enough memberships...

I have flights and hotel lined up, just need two tickets. If anyone won the lottery and wants to sell I'd take them in a heartbeat. Might have to buy tickets last minute to avoid paying the premium pricing that is out there now.

Still messed up. It still feels like there are bots grabbing the tickets and then throwing them up on stubhub or some malarkey like that. I've had no problems in the past. P.S. I am aware all I do is complain about the exchange.

Got the email too. I clicked right away and by the time the page let me in there were only 300 level seats left. I prefer sitting closer so I had to pass and try my luck on the exchange

That's interesting - I just tried for the Miami game and it worked fine for me the first time ( didn't buy anything but just tested it out ) - I canceled out and tried again for different seats and got the error

FWIW - I was able to get tickets for the Detroit game. It took a while and I experienced every issue that people reported in this thread. I feel as though there were automated bots that were getting to the tickets before other people could get on there. I kept refreshing and as soon as I saw one...
