I'm not annointing CK7 as anything yet...I'm just saying the Tebow comparison isn't even close. CK7 has a BIG arm and very good downfield accuracy...which are the two biggest things Tebow LACKS. I don't doubt the Pats D is improving. I wouldn't put them in the Niners league, but that isn't...

Well...we can argue the first one all day, but they are actually fairly balanced MY ATTEMPT, not yards. They are probably much closer to 50-50 if you lookat how OFTEN they throw to how often they pass. The LEAGUE however is very IMBALANCED toward the pass. Yes...they do run the Pistol...

Doh. Snow is one thing, but cold and rain is nasty.

BTW...whats the weather report look like out there? Typically I'd give the team that runs the ball better the advantage in cold weather, but considering the Pats December record of late that may not be a factor.

That one we can agree on...The Pats have surely faced better offenses than the Niners. All I would say is that the 49ers offense is unconventional with numerous formations, fronts, and plays. They have had success running the ball even against teams with good run defenses. As peeps have said...

Well, physicality on defense really effects the routes WRs run and the QBs decision making. However, I don't see Brady or Welker as players that will be shy about getting hit. That's why I've said before that physicality alone won't win the game. Yeah, Tom may want to prove something, but...

Probably not too far off, but that's kinda the MO of the Niners in EVERY game. I wouldn't be surprised if the Niners mixed it up and went for some deep shots...they need to score to have a chance. Against the Bears with Kaep in his first start everyone thought the Niners would just run the...

I'm sorry...what exactly is it that I'm incorrect about? The Niners are more physical. There is no metric to prove that so its all going to be a matter of opinion. You have stated that the Niners are NOT more physical and I think your opinion is wrong. Dead wrong. I was ending the...

No, I think they are the most physical team in the league. I'm saying that physicality alone won't win this game. I only had this conversation to begin with because another poster challenged the idea that the 49ers were physical.

LOL. I see what you are saying and who knows, you may be right. I think you are underestimating the 49ers coaching staff tho. They are also adept at changing things up and customizing gameplans to the opponent. This game is gonna be a chess match. We'll see what happens and I applaud yout...

Could be. I was never saying that said physicality would give the Niners the win. Was just making a point to another poster who was challenging the notion that the Niners were a physical team...which I thought was ludicrous. ;-)

All you are doing is arguing semantics. LOL! This is ALL our opinions. Thats the entire point of a forum. Don't try to come off all superior and try to make your point with semantics. It is my opinion that the Niners are more physical on D. It isn't something that can be measured. I don't...

A couple things.... I wouldn't call the Niners O "subpar". They have either the #1 or #2 ranked rush offense in the league. They don't put up huge passing numbers, but they really aren't designed to. While the Pats run the most plays in the NFL, the Niners go the exact other way...they seldom...

IN MY OPINION, you are wrong. :D The 49ers are the most physical defense in the league...and hell, Tom Brady himself said so yesterday. Obviously there are no stats to make an argument one way or the other, but I think you will see what I'm talking about on Sunday.

...and my point is that you are totally incorrect. Pats may still win, but it won't be because they are "more physical". That's like me saying "yeah, the 49ers are going to win this game because Kaepernick is better than Brady". LOL

Uh...who said anything about the offensive skill positions being "physical". We can go one more if you like and add LaMichael James as another "Finesse" guy. What's your point? The 5 guys who line up in front of them are pretty damn physical. At times there are 6 or 7 of those 300+ lb guys to...

Well...as a Niner fan and member of the 49erswebzone since Jan of 2005 I'd like to call a big, fat BS on your first line. Just a bunch of trolls, huh? Nice. My experience with peeps from the "official" site is that they look down their nose at everyone else...kinda like you are doing now...
