We picked last in 2nd round. Pretty much a 3rd round pick. Anyways... People need to stop worrying about bills picks. Every scout and GM has different evaluations of players. In addition players have to be scheme specific... Other players might be rated higher but not in our system.

If you think signing a fully guaranteed deal ( which is different than standard guarantee deals which are paid as bonuses) of almost 40 million is the right move you are flat out incorrect. Remember this is football. Injuries are 100% going to happen it's just an issue if they will be season...
