That might not be a bad thing. It might motivate BB to be more agressive in using his currency to go up and get targets, as opposed to moving back and getting additional draft currency.
Wouldn't mind him moving up to get someopen like Quinn early and perhaps one of the stud DEs later.
I've been thinking about a small trade up as well.
Every year someone who should go higher slides a few slots. If that someone is Bill's guy, I could see us moving up 3-4 slots (using our own 2nd) to get him.
Quick thoughts on the suggestions so far.
Don't be so enamoured with the name Pouncey..Mike is not nearly as good as his brother.
I love Wisniewski, but #33 is way to high for him.
I love the Kerrigan pick !!
I'm not a big Beal fan. Seems to be questions about his instincts and his ability to hold the edge.
More importantly, I would be devastated if we took a any OT from a weak OL class over Kerrigan or Ayers.
Based on his paly last year, I think I would be astunned if Holt isn't on the roster.
Also, would anyone really be surprised if Woods was the odd man out at OLB (as much as I have been hoping for him to develop...he really hasn't shown much progress)??
