I just saw a clip with DeOssie & Gresch. DeOssie claims Brady's deal is done; both sides agree on the numbers. DeOssie said that the only sticking point is what happens if there is a lockout next year.
The name fails me, but one of the Saints O linemen just got a good-sized contract, like 7yr, 56mil or something. I'm just guessing Mankins is looking in that ballpark.
It wouldn't surprise me just the same though if Damon had marched out there in a Sox uniform tonight, fans would have cheered him like a conquering hero or something.
FINALLY made it to Hall at Patriot Place yesterday with Mrs. MWPatsFan. All I can say is damn! Worth every penny (only 10 bucks anyway). I could sit and watch that 17 minute movie over and over...
One thing I always watch is the "workhorse RB's." There are only 14 teams in the league that have these workhorse running backs. These are the guys that carry the ball at least 50% of the time for their team, and don't share too much of the carries with other RB's.
