I saw on my NFL Mobile feed that Hightower and Chung were injured on the same play in the 4th quarter on Sunday.
Was this nothing to worry about?
Or has anyone heard anything that should make me concerned for this Sunday and beyond?
Many thanks for any info...
So let's just recap this Patriots season so far, shall we?
They lost and/or jettisoned 4 of their 5 top receivers before the season even began (Welker, Lloyd, Branch, Hernandez)...
They have lost key playmakers on offense to injury (Vereen - 1 game played; Gronkowski - 0 games played...
...is that we are much better situated to sustain losing him this year than last...
Last year, he was in the middle of one of the most prolific seasons ever by a Tight End and the offense was built around that season and that talent, so when he hurt his ankle it had a huge impact. I still say...
As much as we all loved the Super Bowl run, I think most of us realistic Pats fans knew we were far from an ideal team and needed help on both sides of the ball, especially with a defense that ranked near last in the league for most of the season.
So, my off-season wishlist was to get help in...

Belichick Reveals His Plan for the Defense on WFEI
Patriots coach Bill Belichick, speaking on his weekly radio show on fantasy station WFEI, has revealed his plan for 2011 Patriots defense.
"Eight games in, I think we have a pretty good idea of what we have", Belichick said on the Mafata...
Just looking over the schedule and realized that the Pats only have 4 1pm games this year, and NONE at home until Dec 24 (Miami) and Jan 1 (Buffalo)!
Kind of strange, isn't it?
...I am pretty sure I saw Bill Belichick do a cameo in an old "Rescue Me" eppisode last night...
I love "Rescue Me" and have seen most episodes, but apparently I missed this part of this one...
It was the one at Johnny's Gavin's funeral and BB is talking to the chief from another...
Now that the battle of the millionaires vs. the billionaires has reached a head, and the NFL owners (the billioniares) have locked out the players (the millionaires), and the fans, who, for the most part, live paycheck to paycheck and spend their hard earned money on this product have been bent...
I just went to read a story about the Patriots on the Globe site and was asked to register?
Like anyone wants to read that rag enough to take the time to register?
Wouldn't you think in these days when newspapers are closing doors all the time, they would want to make their stories as...
I ask this because after the last baseball strike, I was really not interested in the game again until McGuire and Sosa went on the home run race in '98.
And after the NFL went on strike in '87, I still followed the Pats marginally, but was not really interested in the NFL game again until...
Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But Tommy's so delightful,
He sends Deion out on a "go",
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!
Woodhead shows no signs of stopping,
And Gronk is a safety-popping,
Even Merriweather's hits are low,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!
Logan...

At one point, I saw this headline: "Javarris James Set To Step Into Patriots Lineup After Trade of Laurence Maroney"
(Javarris James - Official New England Patriots Biography)
Wonder why this...
Ok, a little mid-week fun to take the edge off...
By now, we have all heard Rex Ryan's "kick BB's ass" comments, but just to refresh your memory:
"As much as I respect and admire Bill Belichick, I came here to kick his ass, and that's the truth. That's just the way it is," Ryan said...
