I'm trying to figure this one out.
So, eventually, Bills fans will realize that they shouldn't support a top 5 QB in the league? If they were smart....they'd want to trade him now?
I didn't realize it was 'rubbing it in.' Seems more like something the fanbase has always done, and that the Yankees are still in their head a bit.
But yeah - I don't think there is a comparison in terms of pain for Boston fans vs. Buffalo fans. So, if fan pain is what picks up your day, I'm...
"No matter what the Bills do in the next 2 or 3 years, the radio guys and Bills fans will NEVER EVER EVER EVER get over the last 20 years."
_______________
I mean, is it that different from Boston fans STILL chanting "Yankees suck" at every sporting event?
It's a roll of the dice, but he's definitely going big. They know what they've got & what they're going to get w/ Smith. It's not BAD, but there is a ceiling to it, and the 49ers are a team that is a very good QB away from rising above the rest of the pack and making a real dynasty-type run...
Nope. Makes no sense to me.
People say "it's their job" and all that, but their job is to win games. It's strange when they're still in when that job is done.
It was a PAT, so it doesn't seem like a big deal. The only reason it's getting attention is because he was injured.
I'm much more perplexed on why Brady was in at 52 points, and still dropping back to pass. It's what BB does, but I'll never really get it.
Well, the GOAT has certainly looked more vulnerable at home this year, and if the Colts didn't hand the game away early, it could have been a radically different story.
I don't think Irvin was way off or anything.
I agree that they would have won 4-5 at least, including probably the feat of winning 4 in a row. My observations of Jones are distant also, but I doubt he'd really trade winning those battles w/ championships. I don't think he sees the correlation between the 2, and I think he sees himself as...
On the "Football Life" about Jimmy Johnson, Michael Irvin said that whenever he gets together with Aikman, the 1st thing they say to each other is that they should have 5, not 3, if Jimmy had stuck around.
At the same time, it's funny to hear Pats fans talk about "only" 3 SB's, or any fanbase...
Ball wasn't catchable. Those 2 PI calls, and the phantom holding on Glenn when the Bills were driving, were huge calls in the game.
It's part of football, but a team like the Bills generally needs all of the breaks to beat a team like the Pats. The stripes didn't do them any favors today.
