OT: Bills Fans Are Done with McDermott

I'm trying to figure this one out. So, eventually, Bills fans will realize that they shouldn't support a top 5 QB in the league? If they were smart....they'd want to trade him now?

OT: Bills radio guys went wild conspiracy theory this morning on the Patriots.

How so? If the Yankees didn't matter to Boston fans, they wouldn't chant that at every game. It's the same concept.

OT: Bills radio guys went wild conspiracy theory this morning on the Patriots.

I didn't realize it was 'rubbing it in.' Seems more like something the fanbase has always done, and that the Yankees are still in their head a bit. But yeah - I don't think there is a comparison in terms of pain for Boston fans vs. Buffalo fans. So, if fan pain is what picks up your day, I'm...

OT: Bills radio guys went wild conspiracy theory this morning on the Patriots.

"No matter what the Bills do in the next 2 or 3 years, the radio guys and Bills fans will NEVER EVER EVER EVER get over the last 20 years." _______________ I mean, is it that different from Boston fans STILL chanting "Yankees suck" at every sporting event?

To be fair, most teams do run in those situations.

Alex Smith no longer the starting QB in San Francisco

It's a roll of the dice, but he's definitely going big. They know what they've got & what they're going to get w/ Smith. It's not BAD, but there is a ceiling to it, and the 49ers are a team that is a very good QB away from rising above the rest of the pack and making a real dynasty-type run...

Question to people asking why was Gronk playing late into the game.......

Nope. Makes no sense to me. People say "it's their job" and all that, but their job is to win games. It's strange when they're still in when that job is done.

Question to people asking why was Gronk playing late into the game.......

It was a PAT, so it doesn't seem like a big deal. The only reason it's getting attention is because he was injured. I'm much more perplexed on why Brady was in at 52 points, and still dropping back to pass. It's what BB does, but I'll never really get it.

About Luck - he's a rookie! Both Peyton & Brady had these kinds of games their first year. He's as good as advertised, and will only get better.

The Official Patriots vs Colts game thread

Well, the GOAT has certainly looked more vulnerable at home this year, and if the Colts didn't hand the game away early, it could have been a radically different story. I don't think Irvin was way off or anything.

The Official Patriots vs Colts game thread

It's hard to anticipate 2 pick 6's and a special teams TD. Luck had a bad day, but Irvin's still right about him.

    Emerging PatsFans problem

I agree that they would have won 4-5 at least, including probably the feat of winning 4 in a row. My observations of Jones are distant also, but I doubt he'd really trade winning those battles w/ championships. I don't think he sees the correlation between the 2, and I think he sees himself as...

    Emerging PatsFans problem

On the "Football Life" about Jimmy Johnson, Michael Irvin said that whenever he gets together with Aikman, the 1st thing they say to each other is that they should have 5, not 3, if Jimmy had stuck around. At the same time, it's funny to hear Pats fans talk about "only" 3 SB's, or any fanbase...

idle thought - surviving a win

The PI calls reminded me of the replacement ref days.

The OFFICIAL Patriots vs Bills PostGame Thread

Ball wasn't catchable. Those 2 PI calls, and the phantom holding on Glenn when the Bills were driving, were huge calls in the game. It's part of football, but a team like the Bills generally needs all of the breaks to beat a team like the Pats. The stripes didn't do them any favors today.

The rookie WR, Graham, actually was supposed to run the underneath route.

They have some legit gripes about the officiating, imo. Tough loss for them today.

Do you Realize we SHOULD be Undefeated

I got it. It's the opposite of the Pats teams that won Superbowls. They won't get very far in the playoffs without some breaks.

He got his head driven into the ground. Brady yells at the officials when someone brushes his leg.

No win is really "painful to watch." If you want painful to watch, try being a Bills fan today.
