Did the same thing. Got divorced, prepped for a life of working overseas, and then met a woman I'm pretty sure I'm not good enough to deserve.
Glad to see you had a similar story. It's great.
I'll be prepping my car for the season's first HPDE and I might have McAfee/BB on the TV in the garage, but I may switch away to NHL playoffs depending on how stupid everything becomes.
Let's see the draft and the rest of free agency, but absent some substantive offensive additions (which hasn't yet happened), we weren't necessarily looking like a playoff team anyway.
Me too...womp womp.
Not getting upstate for the eclipse, but there are a handful coming up in Europe and the ME over the next few years. Might have a chance to catch one of those. It'll be around a 90%-ish eclipse where I am.

Didn't hate the kid, but he was a long way from being able to quarterback this franchise, and at least some part of that was the raw deal he got here. Wish him good luck, except against the Pats.
At least the most costly course of action is off the table at QB. Zappe is still here, though.
Yep, personal freedom has upfront, enduring, and legacy costs that touch most folks one way or the other. It's worth it. The alternative is less than ideal.
