The Official Patriots/Broncos Post Game Thread

A severely crippled team, playing with many rookies, street free agents, dinged up players, and career back-ups, lost a championship game to the best team in their conference. My only question is, what in the world made anyone think this team was going to the Superbowl ?

Thoughts on Kyle Arrington and his drop to #4 on the depth chart?

I think Arrington did a pretty good job on Wes in the last game, didn't he ?

If the Pats lose this game at Denver, how bad would it be?

At this point I look at any win as a gift from God. If they go on to win it all, I'll put it right up there with SB 36 as the most astounding accomplishment in team history. A team playing this many rookies has no right to be in the playoffs at all in my opinion.

Steady trim, even better. Hope she ruins him like Giselle ruined Brady.

Pats - Colts Divisional Round Discussion Thread

With 28 as the overnight temp, it could be the Sleet Bowl.

If NFL got its way, who would win Pats/Colts?

The Brady vs. Manning thing has been beaten to death over the years. I think they would want Manning vs. Luck for all the drama.

    Playoff hopes, vs playoff expectations.

Since the Giants won't be playing, anything is possible. Realistically, a team with about two dozen rookies, un-drafted free agents, and practice squad players on the roster, have no business winning the Super Bowl. If they do win it all, they can put BB in the Hall of Fame this year, why...

Shockingly Obvious: McDaniels, Don't Be Afraid of the Run!!!

Brady does change plays a lot, but I think it's more from one pass play to another pass play, or one run play to another run play. I don't think they run from a passing formation very often, but maybe they should. They'd be a lot less predictable. One thing that really annoys me,is that when...

Blount: 3rd player in NFL history to rush for 180+ and return for 100+

Hope they bring Wilfork and Kelly to plug up all the toilets when they leave.

What is Brady telling Blount here

Corey Dillon was also a malcontent in Cinci. Let's hope Blounts rebirth has the same results.

    Favorite Pats Playoff Time Slot

The Patriots only play one game a week. There are no other games to watch.

    Favorite Pats Playoff Time Slot

God invented football so we'd have something to look forward to after church and Sunday dinner. Any other time than 1:00 pm Sunday is a sin against all that is holy and right with the world.

Injury Reports: why do the Pats always have more players listed than their opponents?

BB hates the injury reports, since they're essentially there for the Vegas oddsmakers. So he loads them up every week with every scratch and dent he can find.

Good or Bad idea : Best of 3 SB

SB 36 was, still is, and always will be, the best.

And he was totally gassed in the 4th quarter. The running game ran over HIM.

    This and That (Sixty Minutes)

Zeus, you've proved once again that alcohol and keyboards can sometimes produce curiously brilliant observations. As the old saying goes, " I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy. "

McCourty fires off the first salvo.

I can't remember the last time I heard an announcer say, " What a great play by McCourty ". He's become another invisible Patriots defensive back.

McCourty fires off the first salvo.

Mediocre players should keep their mouths shut. He talks like a talented , high draft pick...oh, wait a minute, nevermind.

Patriots - Ravens week 16 injury reports and updates

If I was Brady , looking at that o-line, and the opposition, I'd hand off on every single play. We have to be thankful that Brady is still able to play given that he has been hit on just about every pass play this season.
