As long as Welker doesn't get too demanding with this next contract, I don't see how a deal doesn't get done. Welker has great chemistry with Brady and has clearly become Brady's go to guy. Losing him would be devastating to the offense.

Maybe it's just me, but I thought Taylor (pre-injury), Baker, TBC, and Springs had been playing up to expectations.

Why didn't the Vikings just take a safety so they can punt from their 20 yard line instead of punting from the 3 yard line? Even with the safetey, Baltimore still would've needed a touchdown to take the lead, but they wouldn't have started with such great field position.
