*shrugs* I don't like either team when it comes to the Colts and Chargers, but I do agree with you that they really don't have very much character...The only class act in that group is Tony Dungy, he's a real nice guy.
Peyton is as dry as a board, at least Tom Brady smiles and has some people...
Then that really makes one team each year a "genuine" playoff team, and honestly that really doesn't make that much sense. I had this discussion with a friend of mine. We asked what made a season "successful?"
I mean, honestly you can't say "win" the Super Bowl as the ONLY determining factor...
*Shrugs* I prefer to not insult people. It's a shame you don't exhibit the same humbleness Belichick stressed to his team by respecting every team they play. No one likes a sore loser (Reggie Nelson), but a Sore Winner is definitely worse.
We will, we had a great season and went farther than most expected us to go. It was a success in my books and I look forward to Next year because we have a bright future ahead.
I don't know, I'm not a Spicer fan, so I really couldn't tell you. I'm a Maurice Jones-Drew and David Garrard Fan, both are gentlemens and awesome people.
We are on the up-and-up, honestly. The Colts have plateaued and are heading into darker times... I wouldn't be surprised if Reggie Wayne isn't in Indy come August 2008....
Personally, I'd put money down on the Jaguars winning the AFC South division next year, but I'm not a betting man.
3) He Does instruct his players to be careful about what they say about an opponent in the press, but doesn't dictate because he understands that they are adults and should know better.
That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if Spicer wasn't back next year.
Yea, I'll be pulling for yall, too... I guess the word would be "The lesser of the two evils..." and as of now, you guys are the "Lesser evil" when compared to the Colts. Gosh I hate them!
Yea he really is a class act and is a genuine gentleman. He does have a passion for the game, and in my opinion... I was kind of hoping for him to show up in his Suit that he sometimes wears. Would be a nice contrast between Hooded Sweats and Suit...
*shrugs* I guess an outsider is the best person to make an indepth analysis on our Head Coaching postion, eh? *sarcasm*
He's a great coach, just because he doesn't coach like Belichick (no offense, nor would I want him to) doesn't make him a terrible coach, mind you....
Hey, I'm not saying what he did was right OR smart... Just because he isn't... what's the word I'm looking for? "Socially Intelligent" DOES NOT mean he isn't an intelligent football play. He has shown that he has a lot of potential, just needs some time under incubating a little... And needs to...
*raises hands* Hey, I'm at the same feeling, I was just saying what he was "listed" as!
You also forgot to add that he also ate the person weighing him, too.
Well I'm sorry, but it's stuff like that that I'm glad Del Rio isn't like Belicheck. That's just, in my opinion, a little cold and harsh... But then again, he does live and play in New England... The buck does stop with Del Rio, and I can promise you he is going to (or ALREADY has) have a talk...
Yea that's Grady Jackson, he's enormous... I had (jokingly) under things we need to do to win that ever "Legal" chance we had have Grady Jackson fall on Tom Brady. He's listed at 345 lbs, but we think that might be a little "fluffed."
Umm, yes I believe it does wash. He's a rookie, he came off an emotional game in which he lost, I expect that he'd have his emotions on his sleeves a little trying to grasp at something he did "good" during that game. That being said, he did play farely good during the game...
Spicer is well...
Honestly, Reggie Nelson is still learning a lot. He's going to be a solid Defensive back in the NFL and has shown signs of brilliance (and signs of needing improvement)... He's still a Rookie, so I expect him to make immature statements like that. Give him two to three more years and let him...
