My guess is that Gisele and Tom invested little or no money of their own. I think Tom got paid in FTT tokens for his endorsements to the tune of some million. Gisele was named some environmental ambassador for FTX and likely received FTT. Their compensation would have been wiped out.

Jimmy G had his chances with a very good SF team and could not capitalize on them. He will now go to a lesser team in need of a QB where unfortunately heroics are required to win which Jimmy does not possess. Fitzgerald of the future?
That Jimmy G heave under pressure in the end reminded me of similar antics by our own Drew Bledsoe under pressure.. I cringed then and I cringed again tonight and was glad that we shipped Jimmy out when we did.
