Is anyone still worried about the Bills?

55 mph winds??? Oh noes!!! This means a spate of serious injuries in the stands as scads of hurled bildos boomerang back into the faces of the Barfalo Blafia causing numerous eye injuries and choking gagging incidents...I shudder to think how high the casualties will be...o_Oo_Oo_O

I keep running this game over and over in my mind and still have a hard time getting a handle on it.

First there is the weather. According to NFLweather.com The Temps will be about 30 all through the night, with the wind around 20MPH There is very little chance of precipitation during the game. I'm not sure, but does an 18-20mph wind greatly affect the passing game?

Allen has a rocket for an arm and he struggles to “rope” the ball in 25mph winds.

Mac’s arm is significantly less strong than Allen so he may have trouble.

I see the Patriots running a lot.

The local electric utility just texted me that we’ll be expecting very high winds combined with a wintry mix which is likely to result in outages. They haven’t texted me before in my 18 years of living in Buffalo

I want to apologize for posting a .gif image of a gaggle of bildos inundating Barfalo fans as they sit unprotected in the stands...I realize it was a profane, totally unnecessary depiction of a probable eventuality that could lead to a shyt ton of angst for the heroic Barfalo individuals harmlessly displaying their family pastimes...bildo throwing. I apologize...

Josh Allen is Drew Bledsoe 2.0.

Great arm, inconsistent and a guy you don't want to give up on. But, he never closes the deal. This game was the game where Allen was supposse to show everyone what he is made of. Sure passes were dropped, but passes were also so high that Manute Bol couldn't catch them. Allen did not see open WRs and threw the ball to a covered Knox.

W...T...F.

That is just hilarious.

Allen was an absolute BEAST last night. He is the only Bill that deserved to win. The rest of them deserved NOTHING!

Allen was throwing darts in 50 mile per hour winds.

His TE dropped THREE passes - two of them first downs, and one of them was a TD.

His WR, Diggs, dropped a 40 yard DIME of a TD that went right through his hands.

His RB literally just fumbled the ball without anyone touching him.

His kicker missed a FG.

Allen put on a show last night, the rest of the team just shat the bed.

Every QB in human history - even Brady - are going to miss open guys sometimes. It happens.

I honestly wasn't very impressed with the Patriots at all.

The Bills got lucky with a fluke punt return fumble facemask, whatever you want to call it.

But it took FIVE dropped passes (two of them touchdowns), a fumble where no-one touched the guy, and a missed field goal, to beat the Bills by 4 points.

I don't know how you come away impressed by that. If literally any one of those didn't happen, the Bills win. Thats a very narrow margin there, and it took a lot.

I know you will all **** on this post, and thats fine. Fans should. But I thought Belichick's coaching last night was downright bad.

Narratives change based on who wins. Not on the actual play. If the Bills got into the endzone at the end, today would be all about how Belichick didn't throw enough, didn't score more than 14 points, blah blah blah.

But the Bills didn't deserve to win. Period. They sucked.

well..THAT is probably true since you not only are acquainted with suckage but YOU suck as an NFL fan also

Knox wasn't a drop that was a pass breakup.

Stuff happens in football games. Any team can say what if. Pats could say rightfully that they're one fumble, one breakdown on 3rd and 25 and one missed FG away from being 12-1.

I agree that the plan last night works only if the Bills are behind and not ahead. Who knows what would have happened if they had the lead. The problem was the Bills didn't start to figure out how to stop it until the 4th quarter. Should have done it after the first couple of series. I wouldn't call that bad coaching on the Pats side.

Playing the "if" game is the lowest form of fandom, but since you made your list:

- Your one TD was gifted by a fluke special teams turnover, and your one FG was set up by the worst 15 yard penalty ever called. How does that 4 point win look without all of your 10 points?

- Hard to call the Diggs "drop" a true drop when everyone knows the balls would move like a knuckle ball when in the air that long. THAT was part of the weather game plan.

- The Knox "drop" in the end zone was a PBU.

- Your fluke turnover gave us the ball at our own 30. Our fluke turnover gave you the ball at our 15. Can't really compare the magnitude of those gifts if we are being honest, can we?

So, a team just tied one hand behind their backs, told you they were going to run every play, and still rammed those bildos back up your sphincters...and you are not impressed. What does that say about you off-season paper champions? How Jets-like.

It was a good one year run for the Bills though. 2020 was the Bills era.
