From Merriam Webster:

We define could care less and couldn’t care less on the same page, with the single definition “used to indicate that one is not at all concerned about or interested in something.” We do not put these seemingly disparate idioms on the same page in order to save space, or so that we might cause you pain. We do it because one is simply a variant of the other, and they are used in a synonymous manner.

There is little doubt that couldn’t care less is the older form, although no one is certain where this came from.

I prefer "couldn't care fewer".
So according to them could and could not mean the same thing? Lol They must have millenials running their dictionary now

The dissing of Cam as he leaves is toxic bush league crap that smells like Denver'10 and St Louis'11 loser behavior.
A former, no longer playing defensive player in Ninkovich conspiring with the current OC to discredit an already released Cam Newton to what end exactly?

You're one of those "we never landed on the moon", "the earth is actually flat" and "9/11 was an inside job" guys aren't you? What was Josh McDaniels roles in those by the way?

I do think it's bad form by Ninkovich. Cam is gone. The dude isn't here anymore. Throwing out trash media as a player leaves was the same bush league crap the toxic Red Sox and Red Sox media used to pull all the time 20 years ago. Skip's comments here are spot on. Even more so than Ninkovich, who was the POS in the Pats, the apparent phantom source if one even existed, saying this stuff? Again individuals like that are garbage, it's not emblematic of a championship organization to do stuff like this.

What the heck are you talking about?

I definitely think aside from BB there were those internally who steered it a certain direction and a certain outcome. Kraft was probably hands off here. Giving Mac a ton of reps, never using Cam in any 2-minute or no-huddle snaps (and then blaming it on Cam as if he can't do it at all). Whatever. It's done. The dissing of Cam as he leaves is toxic bush league crap that smells like Denver'10 and St Louis'11 loser behavior.

Having said all this I do think the Pats got the best QB of the draft and Mac is so good he's going to cover a lot of people's coaching careers for the next decade because the kid is going to work hard until he succeeds.

And also SO GLAD the Pats still got the best QB without blowing 5 1st round picks like Ring6/andy wanted to do; that would have been an absolute disaster.
If they in fact got the best QB of the draft and he is so good he'll cover a lot of coaching careers for the next decade...how would it have been an absolute disaster to move up in the first round for him? Say realistically the top spot woulda been SF. If you know for sure Mac is the best QB in the draft why would it not be worth trading a future 1st for it?

They are the same thing, unless you are so ignorant to take know literally and really think I was saying he told me.
They are not the same thing. Stop embarrassing yourself. You're being schooled by someone that English is his 2nd language. Kinda like I'm Mac to your Cam.

Other players are not vaccinated, belichick specifically said it had nothing to do with the decision.
When you lose the starting QB because of the covid it matters.

Cam got it last season, landed on covid suspension just weeks ago. There is no reason to believe that Cam learned his lesson.

I really hope you manage to get the hair that's across your *** professionally looked at. You are like a long playing record with the needle stuck. You already used the "Denver 10, St Louis 11 in another thread amongst countless others.
Move the needle for your own mental health.
GO PATS.

I’m some ways Hoyers the perfect backup. If he’s in there for a substantial period of time our draft pick is going to be great.

They are 100% the same thing.

Too many better options. Cam is through.
No he isn't.

Cam can win games with his rushing ability alone. Passing wise, Cam needs better options than the NE 3 Stooges WR Corp of last season. An NFL offense not developed by MIT [ Illegal Contracts alma mater BTW] would help too.

If that were the case he would have not brought him back at all. He surely would have just cut him after the second incident if that was the tipping point. Instead he played him with the 1s at practice and in the final game.

Newton was renting a locker space until Jones was ready. When Jones was ready newton was gone, covid or no covid.
It was a football decision. You are making up an alternative reality because you can’t admit you were wrong about the football decision.

Did you just call cam stupid?

Cam stinks. 32 teams know it. You won’t accept it even when no team ever signs him. Before long you will blame it on racism.

People who say "could care less" are the same people who say someone "did a 360" when changing course.

I can’t think of another starting NFL QB that was benched during a game 3 times last season.
