I hope he retires to host Jeopardy so badly.

He's got Brady at #10. So far, he's gotten to #5. The guys right in front of Brady?

#9 - Prescott
#8 - Stafford
#7 - Murray
#6 - Jackson
#5 - Wilson

Clowns are probably embarrassed to be lumped in with Chris Simms.
Rogers will be 1 or 2.

Rogers will be 1 or 2.
Mahomes will be #1. The only reason this list is even possible for Simms to write is becauese Chris was somehow convinced to pull away from tongue bathing Mahomes' balls long enough to write it.

Any chance Brady reclaims #1 in the NFL Top 100? Players vote on that one, which is why he usually finishes higher than the mediot rankings. If he finishes above either Rodgers or Mahomes, I’ll take extra ice to go along with those hater tears.

So wait he put the reigning Super Bowl MVP behind the guy with 0 career playoff wins :oops:

Mahomes right now is a better QB than Brady right now and that’s ok. The fact that you have to even stop and think about it when Brady is nearly 20 years older is just proof for who is the all time greatest. The rest of the list is absolutely hysterical though. I would have said Wilson is also better but his second half of last season was a huge drop off.

Probably already posted ..
Sacks, INT, EPA,

Brady will be back in the top 5. Good chance a non QB is No 1.

Is he, though?

It’s hard to confidently say Mahomes is better. And if we’re looking at stats, this has to be relevant, too:

Bottom line is Brady has for many years been the King of the NFL and no one has clearly and decisively dethroned him, though he has clearly and decisively defended his crown many times. Mahomes has had two postseason chances and has not dethroned him. I don’t see how Prince Pat simply leapfrogs Brady when he failed to do what was required to leapfrog him (beat him in the postseason, or win multiple Super Bowls to establish himself as the league’s new gold standard.)

Who is better, like who is more likely to put up better stats and dominate on any given week? Probably Mahomes…but let’s give Brady an offseason to prepare with professional receivers for the first time in three years.

Who is more likely to hold the actual prize in the end? We have our answer again.

Well for whatever cursed reason Eli Manning has 2 wins over Brady in the game that counts so it’s not fair just to judge based on that.

I haven't looked it up, but someone was talking about Mahomes v. Tannehill, and comparing them over the past couple of years, minus the SBs. I haven't done it yet, but here are the regular season numbers since Tannehill went to Tennessee:

Ryan Tannehill Stats | Pro-Football-Reference.com

Patrick Mahomes Stats | Pro-Football-Reference.com

I'm not sure what, exactly, the point is supposed to be, but some of those comparisons are interesting to me.

He never came close to establishing himself as the league’s best quarterback, or a guy in Brady’s class. Peyton is the only one who could be realistically be considered Brady‘s successor for a short time, though he made it complicated by getting his ass kicked in SB48 and being a shriveled up prune in SB50.

Eli is like Buster Douglas beating Tyson again in a re-match. He may be the champ, but everyone knows Tyson is still king of the sport at the time. Maybe he just had his number or got lucky twice. Now, if Douglas had also wailed on some other major contenders, that would be different.
