Update: Prince Aaron demands Packers fire GM

If Rodgers were 32, I think the team would blow itself out for him, but I think right now they might just want to move on. One thing that's interesting is it seems most Green Bay fans aren't calling for the heads of Packers management and seem to have also "had it" with Rodgers...I wonder if management is paying attention to this fan sentiment and if they feel they're in a better position to move on because of it.

From what I'm told (and this is therefore just passing on opinion), this

Aaron Rodgers, Cher among those urging Biden to shut down Dakota Access Pipeline

isn't endearing Rodgers to the populace, either.

Gents, follow the example of @Deus Irae. THIS is how you derail a thread, with politics.

I didn't comment, in any direction, on the plus/minus about the move itself. I also made a point of noting that it was just the passing on of opinion.

I respect Brady so much more for just finishing out his contract, having a meeting with Kraft to tell him he wouldn’t be returning, making his announcement and moving on with no hard feelings.

Rodgers is petty and going scorched Earth.... and I love it

Rodgers submarining the team by basically telling free agents not to come is a fireable offense.

I'd respect Tom Brady more if he was with Milana rather than Giselle

Given some of the guys who returned to Green Bay, I consider that report about the FAs to be suspect. Just my $.02.

If conjectures about Saint Aaron's lack of support with the fanbase are accurate, given that the team feels they have a heir apparent, they should quench this smoldering dumpster fire and move on via a trade. Announce "We're open for trade and will consider offers up thru the trade deadline." Long trade window discounts bogus cheap immediate offers and enables catching a trade partner with a surprise training camp QB injury or early season QB injury.
