To be clear, we're talking about a guy who caught 20 passes in 2 years with the Packers. Either the media is making something egregious up, or Rodgers has a very weird set of priorities.
Or, Rodgers had a very good relationship with him.

Sims back on his soapbox today on Pro Football Talk crying about Terry Bradshaw criticizing his God Aaron Rogers. Sims is embarrassing the way he worships him.

This has become a husband/wife fight, and Rodgers is playing the role of the wife who starts tossing out the "And 3 years ago, when you thought I wasn't looking, you stared at that blonde's ass!" attacks.

When the Packers cut Jake Kumerow before the start of the 2020 season, we noted that it came just a day after Aaron Rodgers referred to Kumerow as a lock to make the roster. But we didn’t expect that seemingly minor roster transaction to continue to reverberate the way it has.

Rodgers hinted in November that he was still upset by Kumerow getting cut, saying that he wouldn’t weigh in on the Packers’ personnel because the last time the last time he did, the teammate he praised ended up in Buffalo. After the Packers got rid of Kumerow, the Bills picked him up.

In fairness to Gutekunst, he’s far from the only NFL GM who doesn’t think much of Kumerow. After all, Kumerow spent most of the season on the Bills’ practice squad, not their active roster, and in January he passed through waivers unclaimed. Kumerow is back with the Bills now, but he’s no lock to make their roster in 2021. Kumerow is a wide receiver who has never caught more than 12 passes in a season.

When you're dealing with this type of mentality, rational responses don't matter.

This is a long read but gives so much insight into Rodgers and and his problems. Many first accounts of his attitude and how it affects the organization. Author contrasts Rodgers to Brady numerous times. Of course the Packers denied this report, just like they denied several in the the last decade. These are mostly former teammates speaking negatively about him. It also gets into the stuff we’ve speculated about - stat padding, going off script, selfishness, sensitivity, etc.

Due the bottom cutoff level of this picture, I can only assume something is wrong with your computer, your eyes, or your personality. But whatever it is, I don’t appreciate this picture in the least.

Sims does not have the credentials to question anything Bradshaw says. He should shut up and listen.

I don't want her Russian mob friends coming after me like the did with Kontra.

Not intended as a comment on Rodgers generally, but specific to this situation, this is what the Packers are dealing with:

Bob McGinn of TheAthletic.com confirms the report from Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports that Rodgers wants G.M. Brian Gutekunst to be fired. McGinn adds that Rodgers has mocked Gutekunst in group text messages with teammates, referring to Gutekunst as Jerry Krause.

Report: Aaron Rodgers referred to G.M. Brian Gutekunst as “Jerry Krause” in texts with teammates

This thread reminds me of a conversation I had with Mrs Rover early in our marriage... a conversation she loves to share with people... where she'd seen a study that claimed men thought about sex every 18 seconds.

"Do you think that can possibly be right?", she asked me.

"Honestly", I said, "it might be more often than that."

For those who don't get the Jerry Krause reference:

Krause was a key figure in the ‘Last Dance’ documentary about the Bulls after Michael Jordan and other players were highly critical of his decision to break up the roster following the team’s third straight championship in 1998.

"texts with teammates" is a big deal. I really don't see any way you can put the cat back into the bag when Rodgers is attempting to recruit players to his side against management. It's one thing that Rodgers has his beef with them and quite another that he's vocally whining to teammates. This either has to end with a massive uprooting of the front office or Rodgers leaving. This will be an interesting power play to see just how far a football team is willing to go for a megastar player. If this were the NBA, the GM and any others standing of the way of a megastar would be gone.

If Rodgers were 32, I think the team would blow itself out for him, but I think right now they might just want to move on. One thing that's interesting is it seems most Green Bay fans aren't calling for the heads of Packers management and seem to have also "had it" with Rodgers...I wonder if management is paying attention to this fan sentiment and if they feel they're in a better position to move on because of it.
