NFL GAME DAY DISCUSSION OFFICIAL Super Bowl Bucs/Chiefs Game Thread

The question you and all the BB apologists refuse to answer is:

why Brady and Gronk didn’t want to be here anymore ?

the answers is Bill Belichick
And that is okay. 20 years is a long time to play for a hard arse coach. Brady has good years left, but he wants to play for somebody else. That is okay.

I really don't see the problem here.

Would never cheer against Tom Terrific (unless playing the Pats) so I am glad he won. Don't care about Tompa Bay, just TB12. Tom showed bottle going to TB where he could easily have failed and his legacy would have been tainted by some. However, he showed that he is well and truly the GOAT of all GOATS in all sports. That argument is over.

....yet, seeing Tom win a Lombardi with another team does hurt. Can't deny it.

I have to admit i thought it was impossible for Brady to win the 7th

I was wrong...

Grandi Campioni Tom an Gronk FOREVER
PATRIOTS...
Isn't that the most amazing thing about Tom? Even his fans will have doubts sometimes but he just keeps coming through when it counts. Mio Dio!

It was a complete game from TB. The D played out of is mind but it didn’t feel like the second half of the GB game were the D picked up the slack after Tom’s mistakes. Brady and the Bucs O owned the KC defense. I feel like the O would have put 40+ if they needed to.

I think this was the first complete game Tampa Bay really played all year. They were always good, but rarely had everything in sync in all 3 phases of the game.

They were great in all 3 phases start to finish here. Mahomes got physically beat down on a level I haven't seen in a Super Bowl in ages, Brady had an almost mathematically perfect game and then the run game just finished the Chiefs D off at the end, special teams was good outside I think one bad punt/kickoff coverage, Hill and Kelce never actually mattered.

This game is what the 2018 afcc shoulda looked like. We had a great plan in place to exploit kc on both sides. Offensively our ol gave us the edge, power running and play action / quick strikes all day. Defensively use our db’s another strength and not have to worry about them running the ball, most importantly dont let tyreek beat you. Tb also had the edge in the trenches and a strong secondary. If not for the int’s , some iffy flags, and a couple broken plays on d that game was also a blowout. Tampa played such a clean game one of the best sb performances ive seen.

Mahomes is 6-2 in the playoffs. The two loses came against Brady led teams.

Look who was at the SB last night. With A-Rod and Aaron Judge. Nobody with masks. WTF

22 starters vs 22 starters and Tampa looked like it won all 22 head to head match ups.
What a roster!
The D was special all playoffs
And when you consider who most of the workhorses were on O last night....... Gronk, Fournette, and Brown (somewhat)....all brought in after Brady signed.....incredible GM work.
Fournette's tackle busting was eye opening all post season

they all tested for sure :D

No. To his credit, he admitted he was wrong. @TommyBrady12 @JMC00 are nowhere to be found, though.

Pretty sure I said was wrong about Brady after the NFCCG.

To be honest, my comments on Brady all season were based off of him leaving the Pats and how angry I was at him. After thinking about it these last several weeks, I think my anger should be more to Belichick AND Kraft for letting him go. I think there is ample evidence that Bill underestimated how much Brady meant to this organization and let everyone down. He should have swallowed his pride and let Brady stay for 2-3 more years.

Brady did great and deserved to win it all last night. I expect to see maybe 1-2 more championships in Tampa. I am also concerned that this win is going to make SB 55 Brady's greatest achievement - and it's not with our team.

Welcome back Tommy.

Brady’s success in Tampa reinforces the legitimacy of the Patriots dynasty and makes the Patriots haters look even more ridiculous.

Just finished watching the highlights , I was pleased to see KC get penalized for the holding they tried to get away with , even Romo commented on it as "this is a sticky team"........lol

No ****. I was trying to tell you that the entire season. I believe one of my posts toward you directly said “your anger is pointed at the wrong guy.” I will give you props for coming back and admitting you were wrong though. You’ve gained a lot of respect from me and I tip my cap to you.

Now, @JMC00, where’s your fat ass at?

Yes, but from now on, in any top 10 Brady greatest achievement list #1 will be SB 55.
